Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled session, if The Artist is given notice 24 hours in advance, the appointment can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Payments for scheduled appointments and deposits for private parties and events are non-refundable.
Returns:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or credits for products, services, or gift cards. If you have questions about any of our products or services that are not answered in their descriptions, please make those inquiries in advance of making your purchase. We do want to ensure that you are pleased with the services and items you receive from The Glitter Bee.
Tardiness:
Please be respectful of The Artist and of your fellow clients by arriving at your appointment at the scheduled time. Tardiness will result in either a shortened session, or cancellation of your session, without refund. This decision will be made at The Artist’s discretion. The Glitter Bee reserves the right to ultimately refuse service to clients that are consistently late for appointments.
Health & Wellness:
In a post COVID world, The Glitter Bee asks that you are respectful of The Artist’s health and wellness, as well as that of their family and other clients. If you are not feeling well, or have been exposed to illness, especially someone with coronavirus symptoms; please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Session Guests:
Please let The Artist know if anyone will be coming with you for your appointment time. This gives us a chance to ensure enough space and seating. We do ask that you keep additional people to a minimum. Well behaved children are always welcome, but in a spa setting with other relaxation services happening in adjoining spaces, The Artist must insist on ensuring that our sessions can respect the sessions of others.
